On the Wiki drop-down menu for Books, in the Old Testament section there's options to choose either 'Pentateuch' or 'Poetry'. I believe it would be helpful if there were also a third option called 'Prophets' or something to that degree linking to the pages for the Major and Minor prophetical books of the OT.

This is a very valid suggestion and is probably one I will implement. We don't have the categories for those book sections (thus why they aren't on the navibar). I would encourage you to create a "Major Prophets" and "Minor Prophets" category and add them to relevant books. Then let me know here and I will add it to the navibar.

There actually are categories for each. I'm not sure how recently they were made, though.

I thought we had did some serious categorizing of the Bible book articles. I can double check and make sure that the category points back to the appropriate testament category.
Btw, we have a similar issue in the navigation for the New Testament. We only have Gospels.
I just added the Major and Minor Prophets too the navibar. I did notice we didn't have any subcategories for the New Testament books. Infact we have no sub-categories existing for any New Testament labels. This is a necessity, this would be a good project for either of you (or me, but if you two can that would be best- I am busy with other wiki things and its a good way to get more involved).
